Environmental Health Australia in conjunction with the Department of Human Services is proud to invite you to participate in the inaugural Food Act Legal Management Course.
The first course will be held 9th -13th Feb 2009. A second course is scheduled for 25th - 29th May 2009.
The Food Act Legal Management Course offers a contemporary insight into local government environmental health legal aspects and assists to build confidence for participants to adequately represent their employer, consider the breadth of legal situations and ensure best practice local government legal consistency.

Interested Environmental Health Officers are requested to complete the attached application form and return it without delay via email (applications@eh.org.au) or by fax (03 9438 5955).
Places will be offered to applicants from all regions across Victoria but at the present time only one EHO from each council may apply.
At least one applicant per region will be offered a place on each of the February and May courses and candidates will be selected in the order of applications received.
